Orders leave our warehouse in Belgium multiple times per week. The shipping company with whom we word is DPD.
The average delivery time is 1 to 7 working days. If you have chosen for embroidery, it might take a bit longer. Do not hesitate to contact us to know more about the exact delivery time.
RETURN CONDITIONS for online, event & store purchases.
Not quite satisfied with your order or did you happen to have chosen the wrong size? No problem! You can change or return your order under certain conditions. Check how and whether your order qualifies for a return:
- Returning is possible within 15 days after receiving your package.
- The articles should be unworn and undamaged. Trying on the items is possible, but please use on old rug underneath the rug you want to try in order to keep it clean, or clean the article completely after trying.
Returning your parcel can be done by sending it back (at your own cost) or by bringing it back to the showroom.
Attention, discounted articles can NOT be changed or refunded.
Return by shipment
If you choose to ship your parcel back to us, it is at your own costs. Make sure all the items are well packed. The return form must be filled in completely, you can print it here. Then you go to a postal office of choice. Return your package to this address with the enclosed form:
Unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery, the cost will be covered by Greenfield. Refunds will be made within 15 days after receiving your package. If you did not receive an answer after 14 days, contact our customer service via [email protected]
When it is about a change of color, size, ... you can pay for the new shipment trough the webshop. This is possible by clicking this link. Add the shipment cost to your store chart. At checkout, please chose your own country in order to have the right shipment costs.
Return in the showroom or at an event
You can exchange or return your parcel for free in our showroom in Ruiselede, Belgium or at any horse event.
If you wish for a return, you will receive always receive a voucher for the exchanged items.
If you where not capable of returning within the given time and the article(s) is still in our current assortment, we can still exchange it or provide you a gift card of the same amount. This is only possible if the article(s) are still in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
