Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Belgium.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 13:00 (CET) on business days are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, are shipped the next business day.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Times
For Northern Europe, delivery typically takes 24–48 hours from the moment of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country.

Personalised Products
All personalised items are produced to order.
Production time is 20–30 working days before dispatch.
Once shipped, standard delivery times apply.

SHIPMENT BY DPD & GLS

General products are typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days, while clothing items may take up to 10 working days. Shipping outside Belgium may require an extra transit day.
