Do you have bulk discounts?

Yes, all discount rules are displayed here. For purchases of larger quantities, +25 items, please contact us via email: info@greenfieldselection.com

Nylon, adjustable, fleece and teddy headcollars - discount per type:

  • 10 pieces = 15% discount
  • 25 pieces = 20% discount
  • 50 pieces = 25% discount
  • 100 pieces = 30% discount

All types of strong headcollars: light, with fleece, strong - different types can be mixed for discount:

  • 5 pieces = 15% discount
  • 10 pieces = 20% discount
  • 25 pieces = 25% discount
  • 50 pieces = 30% discount
  • 100 pieces = 40% discount

Ropes - different types can be mixed for discount:

  • 10 pieces = 15% discount
  • 25 pieces = 20% discount

Saddle pads - different types can be mixed for discount:

What size rug should I buy?

Ensure that the rug is the right size and fits your horse comfortably. If the rug is too tight, it can cause discomfort and restrict movement, while a loose rug won't provide sufficient protection against the cold and rain. 

If necessary, you can measure your horse to ensure a proper fit. It is important to select the right size in order to meet your horse's needs.

Should I choose a rug with a neck cover or without?

The choice of a rug with or without a neck cover depends on factors such as weather conditions, the horse's stable or coat type, and the intended use. 

A rug with a neck cover offers more coverage and protection from the elements, particularly in colder or wetter seasons. It covers the horse's neck and shoulders. It is suitable for horses with a thin or short coat or those that tend to feel cold easily.

On the other hand, a rug without a neck cover may be more suitable for horses that have a thicker or longer coat, or in hotter seasons, as it allows more airflow and ventilation around the neck and shoulders.

Ultimately, the best choice would depend on your horse's specific needs and preferences, as well as the the external factors mentioned above.

What is the delivery time for an order with embroidery?

The delivery time for embroideries depends on the workload. Currently, the waiting time is 30 working days.

Where can I pickup my parcel?

You can pickup your parcel at different locations. 
To choose when checking out your chart. 

Hereby the options: 

  • At our showroom in Ruiselede. 
  • At each event where we are present with our shop, check our upcoming stands in the category events.
  • At a parcelshop, this is a little shop close to your shipping address. 

How do I ship my parcel back?

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we have delivered an incorrect item.

You must always submit a return request through your account first.

Will I receive a return label?

You will only receive a free return label if we delivered the wrong product.

In all other cases, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment yourself.

How do I request a return?

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to your order
  • Click on Request Return
  • Select the return reason and add a comment

Can I exchange my order?

Yes! Please mention in your comment if you would like a different size or color.

What if I need to pay extra for the exchange?

If the new item is more expensive, we will send you an invoice and a payment link.

We will only ship the new item after we have received your payment.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 5 working days after we have received and inspected your returned item.

How many days do I have to request a return?

You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
