Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from Belgium.

Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 13:00 (CET) on business days are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, are shipped the next business day. Otherwise the next business day.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Times
For Northern Europe, delivery typically takes 24–48 hours from the moment of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country.

Personalised Products
All personalised items are produced to order.
Production time is 20–30 working days before dispatch.
Once shipped, standard delivery times apply.

RETURN CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE, EVENT & STORE PURCHASES. 

Not quite satisfied with your order or did you accidentally choose the wrong size? No problem! You can exchange or return your order under certain conditions. Check below if and how your order qualifies for a return:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your package.
  • Items must be unworn and undamaged. Trying on the items is allowed, but please use an old rug underneath the new one or make sure the item is completely clean before returning.
  • Returning your parcel can be done by shipping it back (at your own cost) or by bringing it to our showroom.

⚠️ Important: Discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return by shipment

Return Process:

  • Log in to your account via our website.
  • Go to your order details.
  • Click on Request Return.
  • Select the reason for return and add a comment (mention whether you want a refund, a different size, color, etc.).
  • After we approve your request, you will receive return instructions.

Exchanges:

Would you like a different size, color, or item?

  • Please mention it clearly when requesting your return.
  • If an additional payment is required (for example, for a higher-priced item), we will send you an invoice and payment link.
  • We will ship the new item only after your payment is received.
Unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery, shipping costs are not provided for. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after receiving and checking your returned package.Please make sure all items are properly packed and return the package to:

Return in the showroom or at an event

You can exchange or return your parcel for free in our showroom in Ruiselede, Belgium or at any horse event. 
 
If you wish for a return, you will always receive a voucher for the exchanged items.
 
If you where not capable of returning within the given time and the article(s) is still in our current assortment, we can still exchange it or provide you a gift card of the same amount. This is only possible if the article(s) are still in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
