Shipping & returns

Shipping by DPD

Three times a week the items leave the warehouse in Belgium, the delivery firm with whom we work is DPD.
All countries whereto we ship our goods are to find in the webshop when proceeding with the payment. 

If your country is not in the list, it means DPD does not ship there, please contact us by email and we will find another company who can deliver your products. 

Note: we do not ship to France or Germany as we work with an agent in these particular countries. 
Ordering Greenfield items is possible on their particular websites .fr or .de.

Delivery takes 1 to 7 working days, if you have chosen for embroidery it will take a bit longer. Please contact us if you would like to know a specific delivery time.


Returns policy for website, event and store purchases


If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Greenfield, or you wish to exchange size, we will be happy to exchange items or refund the cost of the item (not the shipment) within 15 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in a decent packaging.

Please note the following:

  • It is essential that any unsuitable items, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition.
  • Postage costs are not refunded as are the new shipment costs for the replaced items. 
  • Add the new shipment cost in your package when returning or pay for an extra shipment online.

If you return an item purchased online or at an event, for exchange or refund by post. Please add a note explaining the reason of the return and the replacing item with your name, address, tel number and email address. Send it along with the item(s) that you are returning. No note, no refund!


If you choose to keep the items purchased for longer than the 15 day return period as described above, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Greenfield Selection consider the return period of 15 days sufficient for customers to inspect the items for any faults and thus to accept them. Should your items become faulty once the return period has elapsed and the items are within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the items, at our discretion.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
